The Hunter Valley Electric Vehicle Festival is all about thinking of sustainable transport in fun and innovative ways that support the development of electric vehicle industries in the region. We already build our state's electric trains and mining equipment, time to see what else we can do!

The EV Show is the main public event of the 2015 Hunter Valley Electric Vehicle Festival and will run at a date to be confirmed in late 2015. The Show brings together the general public and electric vehicle builders to discover new developments in a wide range of electric vehicles in a fun, interactive, informative and festive atmosphere.

The 2012 EV Show attracted more than 8,000 visitors in adverse conditions and brought in $1.8 million to the city. The 2014 event attracted an even larger crowd excited to join us again for what they experienced in 2012, which was a fun and interactive family day for all ages.

Please note the following key dates for submitting your applications to participate as Exhibitors at our event:
  1. Site Applications Close 31 August 2015
  2. HVEVF Show Demonstration Program Deadline 31 August 2014
  3. Exhibits set up by 9am on the day
  4. Exhibits completely removed by 6pm on the day
